本プライバシーポリシーは、お客様がGoogle Workspaceアドオン「Mapture360」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用になる際に、ANE（以下「当社」）がお客様の情報をどのように収集、使用、および保護するかについて説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報とその利用目的
本アプリは、その核心的な機能を提供するために、特定のGoogleユーザーデータへのアクセスを必要とします。当社は以下の情報を収集および処理します。
- Googleアカウントのメールアドレス: 当社はお客様のメールアドレスを、当社のセキュアな決済処理プロバイダー（Stripe）を介したサブスクリプション状況の確認およびライセンス管理の目的にのみ使用します。
- Googleドライブのファイル（drive.file）: 本アプリは、お客様のGoogleドライブ内の特定のファイルへのアクセスを必要とします。当社はGoogle Picker APIを使用しており、これによりお客様が表示したい具体的な360度画像を明示的に選択できます。当社がアクセスするのは、お客様が手動で選択したファイルのみです。このアクセスは、選択された画像からEXIFデータ（GPS座標およびタイムスタンプ）を抽出するために厳密に必要であり、これにより本アプリはお客様の現場訪問をタイムライン上で自動的に分類およびマッピングします。
当社がお客様のGoogleドライブ内のファイルを削除したり、新しいファイルをアップロードしたり、画像データ自体を改変したりすることはありません。ただし、コメント機能を提供するために、本アプリは標準のGoogle Drive Comments APIを使用し、お客様が明示的に選択した特定のファイルにコメントを直接添付します。
2. Google Workspace API限定使用ポリシー
本アプリがGoogle APIから受信した情報の使用および他のアプリへの轉送は、限定使用（Limited Use）の要件を含め、Google API Servicesのユーザーデータポリシーに準拠します。
3. データの共有と開示
当社はお客様のデータを厳格に保護します。当社はお客様の個人情報やGoogleドライブのデータを、第三者に販売、賃貸、または取引することはありません。また、広告配信のためにお客様のデータを使用することはありません。
当社は、本アプリを運営するために厳密に必要な場合にのみ、以下の第三者サービスプロバイダーと情報を共有します。
- Stripe: お客様のメールアドレスは、サブスクリプションおよび請求管理のみを目的に、Stripeへ安全に送信されます。
4. データの保管とセキュリティ
当社は、お客様のデータを保護するために業界標準のセキュリティ対策を採用しています。ファイルのメタデータおよびEXIF情報は、当社の安全なバックエンド上で一時的に処理され、パフォーマンスを最適化するために一時的にキャッシュされます。当社が写真、ファイル、または詳細なマップデータをお客様のサーバー上に永続的に保管することはありません。
5. データの保持と削除
当社はデータの最小化に取り組んでいます。お客様のデータを保持および削除する方針は以下の通りです。
- Googleドライブデータの保持: 当社は、お客様のGoogleドライブのファイル、画像、または抽出されたEXIFメタデータを、当社のサーバー上に保持または保管することはありません。すべてのドライブデータは、アクティブなセッション中に一時的に処理されます。ビューアーを閉じるかセッションを終了すると、関連するすべてのファイルデータはシステムメモリから直ちに破棄されます。
- アカウント情報の保持: お客様のメールアドレスは、アクティブなサブスクリプションまたはトライアルを維持している期間に限り、当社のセキュアな決済処理プロバイダー（Stripe）に保持されます。
- データの削除請求: お客様はいつでも、mapture360_support@ane.tokyo にご連絡いただくことで、関連データ（メールアドレスを含む）の完全な削除を請求できます。請求を受領後、30日以内にアクティブな記録からお客様の情報を削除します。また、Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定からいつでも本アプリのGoogleドライブへのアクセス権限を取り消すことができ、これにより当社がお客様のファイルを読み取る権限は即座に消失します。
6. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当社は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。変更があった場合は、このページに新しいプライバシーポリシーを掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新することでお客様に通知します。

This Privacy Policy describes how ANE ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Mapture360 Google Workspace Add-on ("the App").
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
The App requires access to certain Google user data to provide its core functionality. We collect and process the following information:
- Google Account Email Address: We use your email address solely to verify your subscription status and manage your license via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
- Google Drive Files (drive.file): The App requires access to specific files in your Google Drive. We use the Google Picker API, which allows you to explicitly select the exact 360-degree images you want to view. We only access the files you manually select. This access is strictly necessary to extract EXIF data (GPS coordinates and timestamps) from the selected images, allowing the App to automatically categorize and map your site visits on the timeline.
We do not delete or upload new files to your Google Drive, nor do we alter the core image data itself. However, to provide the commenting functionality, the App uses the standard Google Drive Comments API to attach your comments directly to the specific files you have explicitly selected.
2. Google Workspace APIs Limited Use Policy
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We strictly protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google Drive data to third parties. We do not use your data for serving advertisements.
We only share information with third-party service providers when strictly necessary to operate the App:
- Stripe: Your email address is securely transmitted to Stripe solely for subscription and billing management.
4. Data Storage and Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. File metadata and EXIF information are processed ephemerally on our secure backend and temporarily cached to optimize performance. We do not permanently store your photos, files, or detailed map data on our servers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We are committed to data minimization. Our policies for retaining and deleting your data are as follows:
- Google Drive Data Retention: We do not retain or store any of your Google Drive files, images, or extracted EXIF metadata on our servers. All Drive data is processed ephemerally during your active session. Once you close the viewer or end the session, all associated file data is immediately discarded from our system memory.
- Account Information Retention: Your email address is retained in our secure payment processor (Stripe) only for as long as you maintain an active subscription or trial.
- Data Deletion Requests: You may request the complete deletion of your associated data (including your email address) at any time by contacting us at mapture360_support@ane.tokyo. Upon request, we will delete your information from our active records within 30 days. Additionally, you can revoke the App's access to your Google Drive at any time via your Google Account Security settings, which instantly terminates our ability to read your files.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
